Teams: Teams poster

Teams are hugely important when trying to build products, especially software based products. I wanted to capture some of the characteristics that go a long way to helping teams become great and really high-performing.

Here is the design I thought gave a high-level overview of what makes a great team, these are not meant to be exhaustive and there are other factors to consider in each unique context too.
