I'm currently a delivery manager working for Sky Go mobile, desktop and big screens clients at Sky.

Supporting 3 delivery teams helping to deliver the Sky Go client applications for iOS, tvOS, Android, desktop, smart TVs & console platforms.

I have over 20 years experience working in software delivery teams as a tester, both manual and automation, agile coach/scrum master and delivery lead.

Working in agile teams of various shapes and sizes since 2008, I have hands on experience with Scrum, Kanban, XP and other hybrid approaches as both a developer in the team and as an agile coach/scrum master. This has allowed me to gain different perspectives and understand the challenges different roles have in the delivery process.

I've helped build teams from the ground up, including working with recruitment partners to co-create job descriptions and design suitable interview processes. Conducting interviews with people and then onboarding them into the teams.

Co-created operating models to ensure various internal partners know how the teams are structured and highlighting key people so they can interact and engage effectively. These were then made visible and communicated to the wider organisation.

I'm an active member in many agile communities of practice, both within Sky and via several meetup groups. I enjoying discussing all things agile with like minded people and sharing my own experiences to help others learn and grow.
